Terms & Conditions

1. General
By booking or participating in any of our Fitness Vacations (“Vacation”, “Program”, “Trip”), you
agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all domestic (India) and
international fitness vacations organized by the Company. Participants are responsible for reading
and understanding all terms prior to booking.

2. Eligibility & Health Responsibility
• Participants must be physically fit and medically capable of undertaking fitness and adventure
activities.
• Any pre-existing medical condition, injury, or limitation must be disclosed prior to booking.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit or poses a risk
to themselves or others.
• Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

3. Bookings & Payments – Domestic 3-Day Vacations (India)
• 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure a slot.
• Remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the vacation start date.
• Bookings made within 15 days of the start date require 100% payment upfront.
• Once fully confirmed within 15 days, no refund is applicable.

4. Bookings & Payments – International Vacations
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the slot.
• Full payment timelines will be communicated at the time of booking and must be strictly
followed.
• Failure to complete payments within deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without
refund.

5. Cancellation Policy – Domestic 3-Day Vacations
• 20 days or more before start date: Full refund.
• Less than 20 days before start date: No refund.
• No show / late arrival / early exit: No refund.
• Withdrawal from individual activities does not qualify for partial refund.

6. Cancellation Policy – International Vacations
Cancellation by Traveler:
• More than 45 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
• 45–21 days before departure: 75% of total trip cost retained.
• Within 20 days of departure: 100% of trip cost retained.
• After trip commencement: No refund.
Cancellation by Company:
• The Company may cancel a trip if safety or trip quality is compromised.
• A full refund of payments made to the Company will be provided as the sole settlement.
• The Company is not responsible for losses related to flights, visas, or personal bookings.
Approved refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.

7. Non-Attendance Policy
If a participant is unable to attend due to illness, personal reasons, flight delays, visa issues,
weather disruptions, or any unforeseen circumstance, no refund, reschedule, or credit will be
provided.

8. Date Changes & Transfers
• Date changes, postponements, or deferrals are not permitted once booking is confirmed.
• Ticket transfers are allowed only as a name change, subject to prior written notification and
company approval.
• Administrative or supplier charges may apply.
• Transfers are not guaranteed and depend on third-party policies.

9. Force Majeure / Natural Disasters
• The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters,
extreme weather, government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, or public health
emergencies.
• If occurring before arrival, refunds or credits will be based on recoverable costs only.
• If occurring during the trip, itinerary changes may be made without refund for unused services.

10. Itinerary Changes
The Company reserves the right to alter schedules, accommodations, trainers, or activities due to
operational or safety reasons. Such changes do not qualify for refunds

11. Third-Party Services
The Company is not liable for failures, delays, or losses caused by hotels, airlines, transport
providers, or other vendors.

12. Travel Documents – International Trips
• Participants are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations, and entry
requirements.
• Visa rejection or delays do not qualify for refunds.

13. Insurance
Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended. The Company is not responsible for
medical expenses or personal losses.

14. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own valuables and luggage. The Company is not liable for loss
or theft.

15. Media & Photography
Photos and videos may be captured for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is provided
before the trip.

16. Code of Conduct
• Participants must respect staff and fellow travelers.
• Safety instructions must be followed at all times.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

17. Liability Waiver
Fitness and adventure activities carry inherent risks. Participants accept these risks and release the
Company from liability except in cases of proven gross negligence.

18. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India.

19. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these
Terms & Conditions.
