Vacation Plan
Guided by nature’s pace, our days blend active exploration with moments to slow down and restore.
The journey begins with arrival from Colombo to the beautiful Ko Lake Villa in Ahangama, a peaceful lakeside villa designed for rest and recovery. After check-in and time to settle into the villa, the evening starts with a Deep Stretch and Release session to ease travel fatigue, release stiffness, and gently reconnect with movement. Following dinner, the group gathers for an interactive session to connect and unwind before ending the night with lights off.
The morning begins at Weligama Beach with a guided Body Flow & Joint Release session focused on mobility, movement, and activating the body by the ocean. Participants then head into the waves for a surfing session at Weligama before returning for breakfast and rest at the villa. In the afternoon, the group explores the iconic Galle Fort, walking through its historic streets, cafés, and coastal viewpoints before heading to the scenic Galle Jungle Beach to relax by the sea and experience Sri Lanka’s tropical coastline. The day concludes with dinner back at the villa and a restful night.
The day starts with a Spinal Mobility & Hip Opening Flow session designed to improve posture, unlock tight hips, and create better movement freedom throughout the body. After breakfast, participants come together for a relaxed Tribe Circle featuring Burn postcards, conversations, and card games that encourage meaningful connection within the group. Following lunch and rest, the evening continues with another surfing session at Weligama Beach, allowing participants to build confidence in the water while enjoying the coastline. The group later heads out for a café evening in Weligama before returning to the villa for lights off.
The morning begins with a Strength, Balance & Control session focused on building stability, body awareness, and controlled movement patterns. This is followed by a refreshing cold plunge session before breakfast. Later in the day, the group travels to Mirissa for a snorkelling experience, exploring the clear waters and marine beauty of Sri Lanka’s southern coast. The afternoon continues with a visit to the famous Parrot Rock Beach, followed by a relaxed café session and beach walk in Mirissa during sunset. The evening slows down with a guided Breathwork & Sound Meditation session before dinner and recovery for the night.
The day begins with an Integrated Movement Flow session that combines strength, mobility, recovery, and fluid movement practices. After breakfast, participants head to Mirissa for a scuba diving experience, giving them the opportunity to explore Sri Lanka’s underwater world while enjoying a fully guided adventure. Following lunch and downtime, the evening is dedicated to deeper recovery with a Deep Tissue Massage session designed to release tension and support muscular restoration. The night continues with relaxed pool time at Ko Lake Villa and a final Tribe Circle to reflect, connect, and close the experience together before dinner and lights off.
The final morning begins slowly with breakfast at the villa, giving participants time to soak in the peaceful surroundings of Ko Lake Villa one last time before checkout. Participants leave carrying not just memories of Sri Lanka’s beaches, cafés, and coastline, but also a renewed sense of movement, recovery, and connection built throughout the journey.
