Why is the Recovery Edition hosted in a beachside, coastal environment?

Recovery works best when the nervous system feels safe and calm.
We’ve intentionally chosen a private cliffside stay with direct beach access to amplify relaxation, mobility, and mental reset through sea view, natural light, open spaces, and a slower coastal rhythm.

Is the Recovery Edition beginner-friendly?

Yes, absolutely.
This edition is designed for people with sedentary routines, stiffness, or limited mobility. All sessions are gentle, guided, and adaptable to your comfort level.

How do I register or hold my spot?

There is no direct public registration.
To maintain a high-quality, intimate experience, participants must request access by joining the waitlist on our website or by DM-ing @the.burn.company on Instagram. Invitations are shared once slots open.

What is included in the fee?

The fee includes the complete Recovery Edition experience, covering:

  • 2 nights stay at a private cliffside property with twin sharing rooms.

  • All guided recovery sessions (yoga, mobility, breathwork, meditation)

  • Hip opening, joint release, spinal mobility & posture alignment sessions

  • Surfing sessions across two days

  • Local transportation to and from the surfing location

  • Surf lessons conducted by certified instructors

  • Surfing equipment for all participants

  • Cold plunge experience

  • Art therapy workshop

  • Kombucha night & curated evening experiences

  • Clean, nourishing meals throughout the stay

  • Access to all activities mentioned in the itinerary
What is NOT included in the fee?
  • Travel to and from the venue

  • Local transport to the property

  • Personal snacks or extra meals outside the itinerary

Medical expenses or travel insurance

What is the cancellation or refund policy?

Refunds are available only within the refund window mentioned for this edition.
After that period, cancellations are non-refundable due to fixed planning and operational costs.
In the rare case that The Burn Company cancels the event, a full refund will be issued. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
