Vacation Plan

Guided by nature’s pace, our days blend active exploration with moments to slow down and restore.

Day 1 - Arrival in Ahangama

Arrival in Ahangama followed by check-in and time to settle in. The evening begins with an introduction circle, travel release, grounding, and gentle Hatha mobility session. After dinner, the group gathers for an interactive session before winding down for lights off.

Day 2 - Full body flow, Surfing & Turtle beach

The day begins with a Full Body Flow Vinyasa session to awaken the body, followed by breakfast and time to freshen up. The morning continues with a visit to Turtle Beach before returning for lunch and rest. In the evening, the group heads out for a surfing session, followed by time at a café to unwind. The day closes with a Deep Stretch and Release Yin session, dinner, and lights off.

Day 3 - Spinal mobility, Deep tissue massage and Galle jungle beach

The morning begins with a Spinal Mobility & Hip Opening Hatha-Vinyasa flow to gently activate the body, followed by breakfast and time to freshen up. The group then heads to Galle Jungle Beach for a relaxed morning by the sea before returning for lunch. The afternoon includes a Deep Tissue Massage session for recovery, followed by another surfing session and a café visit to unwind. The day concludes with a Joint Release and Restore session, dinner, and lights off.

Day 4 - Strength, Balance & Control, Snorkeling, Breathwork & Sound meditation

The day starts with a Strength, Balance & Control session blending Ashtanga and Vinyasa to build stability and awareness. After breakfast and freshening up, the group heads out for a snorkeling experience to explore the ocean. The afternoon includes lunch, followed by another surfing session and a relaxed café stop. The evening slows down with Breathwork and Sound Meditation to calm the system before dinner and lights off.

Day 5 - Integrated movement flow, Cold plunge & Parrot rock beach

The day begins with an Integrated Movement Flow session to energize the body, followed by a refreshing cold plunge. After freshening up and breakfast, the group heads out for a scuba diving experience to explore the ocean beneath the surface. Post-lunch is reserved for rest, followed by a relaxed visit to Parrot Rock Beach. The evening ends on a celebratory note with a pool party before lights off.

Day 6 - Dropoff at Colombo Airport

The final morning begins with a relaxed wake-up and breakfast at the stay. After checkout, the group heads for lunch before departing for Colombo Airport, marking the end of the recovery journey.
